The calendar is in NEAR MINT / MINT condition! Complete. The pages have NO tears or creases. The graphics are beautiful and have retained their strong vivid coloring. All pages are clean and securely intact. The envelope shows a little wear around the edges; it did its job in protecting the calendar and is in very good condition.
