Featuring a JOL-headed-Ghost walking with two young children holding JOL-faced goodie-bags, or perhaps they're lanterns! Notice the eyes, nose and mouth of the JOL are glowing! There's a full moon high in the night time sky behind the spooky tree in the background. OUTSTANDING! The caption reads, 'On Halloween, the ghost is seen'. Series 6509.
